Food & Beverage Package 2025-2026

After
exploring the valley floor and riding the Scenic Railway, Cableway, and Skyway,
our guests build up a mountainous appetite. Scenic World caters to all tastes
and dietary requirements, Including gluten-free, Halal, and vegan options. We
pride ourselves on serving fresh, seasonal meals made from high-quality
ingredients from local suppliers where possible. Whether guests are after
something light or hearty, there’s something for everyone.

DIETARY
REQUIREMENTS 

While all care is taken to
prevent cross-contamination, allergens are used in the Scenic World kitchen. We
cannot guarantee that trace amounts of allergens are not present in dishes.

Dietaries must be communicated
48 hours before your reservation time.

RESERVATIONS & CONDITIONS OF
SALE

Option 1 Packages (UDP +
Wristband) is not available during super peak dates (18-21st of April 2025)
& Christmas/New Year Peak Period (December 25th, 2025 – January 5th 2026).

All packages must be booked 48
hours before arrival and are subject to availability.

Organisations or groups that do
not hold a Scenic World Trade Account will be required to provide credit
card details on booking in case of cancellation.

Group bookings available: 11am - 2pm. Operating hours 11am-3pm (subject
to demand).

Food & Beverage bookings held for 15 minutes past the booking time,
ability to facilitate late bookings is subject to availability and may
lead to forfeiting of booking. Full charges apply to forfeited bookings.

CANCELLATION
& AMENDMENT FEES 

If booked number of pax decreases more than 10% of original
booking (less than 36 hours before the booked time). 25% of the original
booking will be charged.

Cancellations less than 36 hours before the booked time. 50%
of the original booking will be charged.

Cancellations less than 12 hours before the booked time. 75%
of the original booking will be charged.

Cancellations due to forfeiting booking/no show. 100% of the
original booking will be charged.

FOC POLICY FOR RIDE & MEAL COMBINED PACKAGES ONLY

1-5 pax. Staff accompanying the group can purchase a $26.00
Meal Voucher for $20.80 on arrival for use in ONE TRANSACTION.

6-15pax. 1 FOC Tour Guide or Tour Leader or Driver ONLY.

16-30pax. 2 FOC Tour Guide or Tour Leader or Driver ONLY.

31-50pax. 3 FOC Tour Guide or Tour Leader or Driver ONLY.

51-75pax. 4 FOC Tour guide or Tour Leader or Driver ONLY.
